If the shape is different

The most common photo limit

If a website caps photo uploads, 100 KB is the number you will meet most often — university admission portals, scholarship forms, job applications, ID card requests. Drop your photo above with the target already on 100 KB, check the preview, download. Done.

100 KB is more room than it sounds

At 100 KB a JPG holds a sharp, natural-looking portrait at the pixel sizes forms use. A phone photo is 2–8 MB mostly because of its enormous pixel count, not because faces need that much data. We bring the pixels down to a sensible size for your target first, then spend the remaining budget on quality, so the result looks like your photo — not a smudged copy of it.

When the form also wants exact dimensions

Plenty of forms pair the KB cap with a size: 200 × 230 pixels, 3.5 × 4.5 cm, passport size. Open Exact size and more options and type it; pixels, cm, mm and inches all work, and cm converts using the DPI you give (many Indian forms use 200). If your photo is a different shape, we crop from the centre — or fit it whole on a white border if you prefer.

Straight from your phone

JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC photos all work, taken with the camera button or picked from the gallery. The photo is rotated the right way up, location and camera details are stripped, and the output is a plain JPG that any portal accepts.

A batch of documents

Photographing documents one per page? Add up to 50 images at once; each is compressed to the same target and the whole set downloads as one ZIP.

Private, like it should be

Your photos never leave your device — the entire job runs in your browser. No upload queue, no server copies, no sign-up.

Government or exam form?

Exam photos come with extra rules: white background, face size, file names. The exam photo maker handles those automatically for exams like IBPS, UPSC and NEET, and the upload checker will verify any file against your exam's rules before you submit.

Questions people ask

Will a 100 KB photo look blurry?

No — at form sizes, 100 KB is generous. We reduce pixels to a sensible size first and then keep the best quality that fits, and you can see the result before downloading.

Can I also set exact pixels or cm?

Yes. Open "Exact size and more options" and type the size in px, cm, mm or inches. For cm and inches, set the DPI your form mentions.

Does it work with iPhone (HEIC) photos?

Yes. Drop the HEIC straight in; support loads automatically and the result is a normal JPG.

Where are my photos processed?

In your browser, on your device. They are never uploaded to a server.

Can I do several photos together?

Yes, up to 50 at once with the same settings, downloaded as one ZIP.
